Ask us for personal help, free during beta

A short email is enough to ask. You do not need to use the checker or prepare a letter first. If you have already downloaded your complaint details, you can attach them. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive information we have not requested.

Email us for help

Email support@tbd.ie. The button opens your email app; you still need to press Send. If it does not open, use your usual email service.

No card, subscription, recovery percentage or automatic paid upgrade. We will not charge later for work accepted as free. Any future paid advice would need a separately agreed price and scope. Official fees or other third-party costs are separate and must be checked before you choose that step.

What happens after you email us

  1. 1Email the business name, what happened, the important dates, the amount involved and what you would like it to do. Mention any urgent deadline.
  2. 2Brian reads your request and asks for any missing facts or relevant documents. Keep your originals and remove unnecessary personal details from copies.
  3. 3We confirm whether we can help and agree the specific free work. That may be a practical assessment, help with wording or guidance on another service to contact.
  4. 4You decide what to do next. Any business contact needs your separate approval of the exact recipient, sender, message and attachments. Receiving your request is not acceptance or business contact.

We cannot promise a response time during the beta. Some problems need a solicitor or another specialist, and we may be unable to help. We may also need to check that you have permission to act for anyone else named in the complaint. Our privacy notice explains how we keep email records.

When the business has the wrong details

A wrong cancellation date, balance or account note can make a complaint harder to resolve. Our guides explain how to ask what information the business holds and request a correction if it is inaccurate.
